8. Intel Compute Stick – STICK
Unlike the first generation Intel Compute Stick back in 2015 based on Intel Atom processor, the new generation Compute Stick is now based on dual-core 900MHz Core m3-6Y30 (up to 2.2GHz) or dual-core 1.1GHz m5-6Y57 (up to 2.9GHz) processor with 4GB of memory, 64GB of storage with MicroSDXC slot for expansion with Windows 10 Home pre-installed. The Compute Stick is the smallest mini PC in our list with a streaming stick profile. With zero foot print, you plug the device straight to the back of your display or TV’s HDMI port. It comes with fast wireless connectivity, 3 USB ports and Bluetooth 4.2 built-in. And, yes, you can still get the cheaper options based on Intel Atom x5-Z8300 and 32GB storage but we won’t recommend it.
