    They don’t have wacom pens or any kind of stylus how are these alternatives?

      Hi Ian, Thank you for your comment. We made the comparisons mainly based on the screen size and it’s ‘all in one’ set up. We are aware now that stylus input may be important for some and have updated the article accordingly; if a stylus is required, unfortunately there are no real alternatives to the Surface at the moment.

    There’s an important difference between touch screen and supporting stylus use. As an artist I need to know what computer compares to the surface, and if none of these offer stylus support then they’re not really viable options…

      Hi Zeshio, Thank you for pointing that out, we had not considered artists who do require stylus input and focused mainly on the large screen size. We have updated the article to include this information now. Unfortunately, at this time, there are no true equivalent alternatives to the Microsoft Surface with stylus input.
